Shipping:

Ireland
 Orders  under 500g in Weight are charged at a flat rate of €6.20 to any part of Ireland with An Post Standard Post. Orders up to 2kg are charged at €9.00

 

United Kingdom
Up to 500g – €9.00 postage to anywhere in the United Kingdom with AN POST Standard Post.
 Orders over 500grams will cost €21.  We use An Post to deliver our Orders.
Please note Deliveries to the UK could incur extra charges due to Brexit. These charges are not included on our site at the moment. Please check your Government Guidelines on charges you may have to incur.

 

Global Shipping

USA / Canada
We Charge €25 euro postage for orders up to 500g .
 Orders over 500grams will cost €55.  We use An Post to deliver our Orders.
Please Check your government guidelines on any import duty you may have to incur.
Europe
Flat Rate – €9.00 with An Post Standard Post.
 Orders over 500grams will cost €21.00.  We use An Post to deliver our Orders
Please also note that if any duties are applicable to your purchase due to the rules and regulations of your country, then they are payable by the buyer.
Shipping and Delivery
  1. You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend it after purchase. Please
  2. The customer is solely responsible for any error of delivery due to a lack of information or error on the delivery address while placing the order.
  3. Shipping charges will be added at checkout. We use a fixed price for shipping and will always deliver the best possible price relating to postage fees.  The €6.20 postal charge, where applicable, is for delivery anywhere in Ireland.
  4. Overseas Shipping charges will be added at the checkout.
  5. We will confirm your order with an email. If for some reason an item will take longer to despatch we will inform you in this email.
  6. There are no order despatches on Saturday, Sunday or holidays (including Bank Holidays).
  7. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues outside our control (for example interruptions to transport, weather).
  8. Estimated delivery times to:
  • Ireland 2-3 working days
  • UK – 5-10 working days
  • Europe 7 -10 working days
  • USA & rest of the world – 7-10 working days
  • Peak time’s delivery e.g. Christmas may take longer, which is outside out control.
Returns Policy
  1. By ordering from our website or calling in your order, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date.  The exception to this is the Christmas period.  We have extended our returns policy.  Any purchases made up to 24th December 2023 may be returned up until 31st January 2024.
  2. If there is damage to the item upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the damaged parts

  4. Shipping costs are non refundable.
  5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  6. Additional non-returnable items: Gift vouchers
  7. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  8. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  9. There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:-
    Goods with obvious signs of use
  10. Sale items (if applicable)
  11. only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  12. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage or use a trackable and insured method as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
    1.) If you ask for an item to be exchanged then you must also pay for the sending of the new item.
  13. If for any reason you refuse the delivery of your order or you are not available to accept your order and your order is returned to us, then any cost that we incur due to that return will be deducted from your refund.
